I see that you have taken my money but will not allow me to access my account. I find this totally unacceptable and wish to close my account. I find this impossible as I cannot access it. I have instructed my bank to not allow further transactions and to try and recover what has already been paid. I will also be talking to the TV prgramme Rip Off Britain. My account number is 150466235
Did you have any luck with this. We have been ripped off by them for 4 years and have only just succeeded in closing the account. Thanks for posting.

Do not use this company. Go daddy excessive fees, will keep adding fees claiming lack of security, and also has a policy that will ask for private information such as passport, license if you ever change your phone number even though they will talk to you on the phone.

Stay as far away from GoDaddy as you can... for all products and services. To answer your question, their SEO team is awful. They only collect a portion of the information they need before they begin work. Only after 6 months, did I learn of their misguided strategy. When I asked them to correct what I had paid for, they offered to BUT ONLY AFTER I bought another package. That is called extortion!

Please do not ever use this company. They are THE WORST and will automatically sign you up for nonsensical and outdated services that do not even work. You cannot complain. Their contact pages are a deliberate maze. They will not speak to you. They lost $10million last year and are now just stealing. They must die.
